FAQ

For all bookings such as airport, seaport, day out trips, tourist attractions, long-distance travels we require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due 4 days prior to the booking.

If you are booking online on our website there are 2 options to pay, bank transfers or Stripe. Select your preferred mode of payment. Once paid you will receive booking confirmation along with invoice and receipt within 1 hour.

Yes our airport prices are fixed from LE1 up to LE5 areas. If your postcode is outside LE5 area please check price on our website www.ride2fly.co.uk or WhatsApp/call us on 0116 221 1122.

We always send reminders a day before travel and driver/ chauffer details by WhatsApp message or email.

Ride2Fly Taxis provide Airport Transfers Meet & Greet service on the customer request. The driver will be waiting in the arrival hall 30 minutes after the flight lands.

Note: You need to pay waiting charges of 0.40p per minute and parking charges whatever, waiting time and parking charges commence after 30 minutes of landing and depending on how long you take to come out.

At Ride2Fly we taking bookings with one hours’ notice, however to guarantee availability we would recommend that you make your booking as soon as you have confirmed your travel arrangements.

At the moment we only operate for airport transfers, seaport transfers, long distance travels, chauffer services and day out trips/ tourist attractions. We are not operating locally at the moment.

Ride2Fly operate with neat & clean, non-smoking and updated fleet. Our all vehicles less than five years old. Our drivers/chauffer’s thoroughly sanitize and disinfect cars according to welcome safety protocols.

We are not providing car seats for children, you can bring your own car seats. We charge £20 to collect and bring back to you on arrival. Our driver/chauffer will collect your car seat at airport and will store in office on arrival driver/chauffer will bring it back to you.

Bookings carried out on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve (from 18:00) and all day New Year’s Day will be subject to an “unsocial hours” surcharge of 100% on all journeys.

If the customer cancels a booking 24 hours prior to the time of travel, it will not incur any deduction and full refund will be made. The booking cancelled between 12 and 24 hours prior to the time of booking will be subject to 50% cancellations charge of the quoted price for a given service/product. The customer cancelling their bookings less than 12 hours prior to the time of booking will be subject to 100% cancellation of the quoted price with issuance of no refund.

Ride2Fly all driver’s/chauffer’s are well trained, experienced and licensed. Your driver/chauffeur will always drive safely, responsibly and sensibly in accordance with road conditions, complying at all times with traffic and legal speed limits. You never have to worry about your safety.

We understand that long distance journeys are no fun without a few snacks. However, please do note that we do not permit eating meals or drinking alcohol within our vehicles.

We always track flights for any changes and manage accordingly, there is no extra hidden charges. Our drivers/chauffer’s always be waiting at airport after 30 minutes of landing.

Customer needs 60 minutes after landing for immigration and luggage pickup.

If Customer have no luggage and do immigration on fast track in that case customer should advise at the time of booking.

Driver always arrives at airport 40 minutes after plane lands.

Customer can give fix pick up time while booking, Driver will be there on fixed pickup time, if customer not ready on fixed pickup time, thereafter charges apply 0.40p per minute.

Regardless of age, everyone in the vehicle will be count as a passenger.

All of the services are smoke- free, however, we will happily accommodate any smoke breaks as requested.

If you are satisfied with the level of airport transfer service received, by all means, you may request the same driver/chauffeur for other services, as long as the driver/chauffeur is available and has not been pre booked or already requested by another client.
